REFUND POLICY

PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES
All payment methods accepted on our platform have direct or indirect processing fees that can vary between 5% and 7%.
No processing fees are refundable as they are not charged by NOXPROXY.COM

PARTIAL REFUND
If the service delivered does not have internet connectivity for a period longer than 24 consecutive hours, partial refunds will be incurred, with the pro rata amount credited to the customer’s NOXPROXY account.

REFUND OF NEWLY PURCHASED SERVICE
The refund for a newly purchased service is not used due to lack of connectivity (no internet connection), in this case open a TICKET in the customer area requesting the refund (REFUND OF PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES IS NOT POSSIBLE).
In cases where the service can be restored quickly, no refund will be given!
This case only applies to services that were contracted for a period of less than 6 hours!
